*Falmingos stay in the yard for 1 day and are picked up the next day

*YOU, the CUSTOMER, are responsible for the flamingos being returned in good order so make sure your recipient is not going to damage them or allow them to be stolen. Damaged or missing flamingos are charged to your credit card at $20/each.

*Amount of flamingos depends on size of the yard. There are generally between 40 and 50 flamingos but the amount may be less for a smaller yard.

Any messages left after hours will be returned the next business day

ALL LATEX BALLOONS DELIVERED BEFORE 12:00 PM WILL BE BLOWN UP THE PREVIOUS DAY AND TREATED WITH HI-FLOAT TO ENSURE THEY WILL LAST FOR YOUR EVENT.

THEY WILL BE CHARGED AT $2.00/BALLOON

ALL BALLOON ORDERS NEEDED FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY CAN BE DELIVERED SATURDAY MORNING 9-12 PROVIDED YOU HAVE A PLACE TO PUT THEM AT YOUR EVENT.

HI-FLOAT TREATED BALLOONS GENERALLY LAST 2-3 DAYS INDOORS.

NEW SMOKING POLICY

For the health and safety of our Entertainers, we will no longer go into ANY home, bar, lounge, or private club where smoking is allowed.

*Please make sure before you book that this is understood. If the Entertainer shows up and it is not a smoke-free environment, they will leave and your payment will not be refunded.

NEW BALLOON POLICY

Latex Balloons only float the day you order them for, and for roughly 12-16 hours, unless you ask us to put a chemical in them called "Hi-Float" to make them float longer (typically 2-3 days indoors)

*If you want Hi-Float in your balloons, there will be a $.50

per balloon charge.

*Any customer who expects latex balloons to float beyond the above time frame or into the next day without hi-float will NOT be given a credit or refund of any kind. While we will do our best to ask if you need them to float beyond the normal 12-16 hour average, we cannot guarantee that we will remember to do so. For more information, refer to our Balloon page.
