*All singing telegrams to homes will be delivered outside or at the door and at least 6 ft apart.
*Telegrams to businesses or facilities will be performed in masks and we ask that the recipient
as well as spectators do the same.

*Purchases are paid in advance by Credit Card, PayPal, CashApp or VENMO
*The packages have been changed to comply with CDC guidelines

POLICIES
* Due to our busy schedule, we have a maximum wait time of 5
minutes.
After 5 minutes, the Entertainer will leave and your payment will be forfeited.
(IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE AVAILABLE)
* Once you order a Singing Telegram, we immediately start working on it and there
are costs involved such as printing documents and blowing up
balloons as well as
the Entertainer setting that time and date aside in their personal schedule.
No other customer can request that so if you cancel for any
reason,
that's business lost and your payment is forfeited minus any tip you may have added to the card.
Tips will be refunded to your card.
* A Singing Telegram is simply 1 Entertainer showing up in costume
and singing a funny or sincere short jingle to your
Recipient.
It is NOT a drawn out performance and we are only there a few minutes.
* The ages and physiques of our Entertainers vary so please do not expect
a Supermodel or a Chippendale. While we do have Entertainers that are young and
extremely pleasing to the eye, we dispatch telegrams fairly and to whoever is available.
* Our Entertainers are Independent Contractors and provide their own costumes, which
may or may not look like pictures you see below. Either way, the costumes are all family
friendly and appropriate for the occasion you are requesting.
* We no longer deliver Singing Telegrams or Balloons to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh or Rivers Casino
* There is a $15 charge to deliver in the Downtown and Oakland area and $25 to a hospital or college
* There is a 5% processing fee on all credit card payments
You can send us money via PayPal (as friends or family) or pay us cash at the door to save a few bucks.
Cash payments will require a credit card to hold the order. Ask for the email address for PayPal.
* Tipping: Tips are customary but not neccessary. They are totally at your discretion.
If you are not going to be at the telegram and want to include a gratuity for the entertainer,
you may put it on your credit card at the time of ordering.
If you want to give the entertainer a cash tip at the telegram, you will have to approach
the entertainer before or after the performance to do so as they
will not be looking for or
expecting any type of
gratuity.
Any entertainer found asking
for a gratuity will be immediately
terminated.

PAY FOR YOUR TELEGRAM
*ALL orders MUST be paid for in advance due to the Corona Virus and here are your options:
1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD - When you call us to place your order, you can give us your credit or debit card information over the phone. We will process it through PayPal or Flagship Merchant Services securely and safely. Your information is NOT kept on file and is shredded once processed. There is a 5% credit card processing fee.
2. PAYPAL - If you would like to send your payment via PayPal, simply tell us at the time of ordering and we will give you the email address and total to send to us. You will want to send the payment as though we are "friends and family" so that their are no fees incurred. If you don't know how to do this, use your debit or credit card.
3. CashApp - You can send us money for no fee with CashApp. We will tell you what name or number to send it to when you place your order.
VERY IMPORTANT
* If the Entertainer is not paid, they will NOT perform the telegram and your card will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the telegram.
* If the recipient is not there or if we are sent to a bogus address, your card will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the telegram.
* No receipts are given for cash payments and Entertainers do NOT carry change. Please have the total amount due ready for the Entertainer.
DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for missing your recipient so please make sure that they are going to be at the address, date, and time that you give us. Also, please make sure that you give us the correct address, date, and time of delivery when you order, because we write down what you tell us verbatim and are not responsible if any of the information is incorrect or missing. It is your responsibility to make sure that we are allowed access and permission to do the telegram. If the recipient is not there to accept the telegram or if we are denied access, the entertainer will leave and your payment will be forfeited. If you want us to re-deliver the telegram at a later date, there will be an added fee for delivery, new balloons, and new certificate.
We do not issue refunds for any reason due to the immediate amount of scheduling and preparation that goes into your telegram, unless we have to cancel your telegram ourselves, so please be sure that you want to order before you call. Once you order and pay for the telegram, that date and time is reserved and cannot be used by anyone else. If another customer calls and wants your date and time slot, we have to turn that business away and deserve to be paid for it. If you call to cancel, even 5 minutes after you placed your order, keep these things in mind. If we have to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option of a full credit or full refund. While we do understand that things happen, please understand yourself that we have policies in place to protect ourselves and reserve the right to do so.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any telegram and cannot guarantee the acceptance of such. It hasn't happened more than a few times in all of the years we've been in business, but it is possible that your recipient may not want to be the center of attention or want to cooperate with us and we may be turned away. If that happens, remember the phrase "Don't Shoot The Messenger", because there are no refunds.
We are not responsible for any latex allergies or problems associated with any of our products or services. We also do not guarantee the life of any latex or mylar balloon. It is your responsibility to make sure that the balloons are allowed on the premises and that latex balloons are kept away from small children who may choke on popped or deflated balloons.
Our entertainers are Independent Contractors and adults. While we do our best to screen and train our entertainers, we cannot possibly forsee what will happen on a day to day basis. We are a professional company with an excellent reputation and will not tolerate any entertainer damaging that reputation. Any concerns should be directed to our office immediately and politely. We take our customers' opinions and concerns very seriously, so feel free to contact us and please give us a chance to make you happy and/or address your concerns.
You are responsible for the safety of our entertainers while on your property so any dogs that may come in contact with our entertainers need to be put away before the entertainer arrives. You are also responsible for the condition of your driveways and/or walkways on your private property if we are coming to your home or business, so please keep all driveways and walkways free of snow and ice in the winter time. If any entertainer feels unsafe or threatened in any way approaching or being in your home, the entertainment will stop or not perform the telegram and payment will be forfeited. Please have fun but be respectful of our entertainers. They are there to make you laugh and smile.
Entertainers do NOT carry cash on them other than occasional tips. Any person with intentions of committing any crime against our entertainers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and our company owner is also a CURRENT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
