Balloon Bouquets for Special Occasions

All of our small bouquets seen below are "Table-top" bouquets and come with a classy foil weight and card containing your special personalized message. The latex balloons are treated with a chemical called "Hi-Float" to make them last longer than the typical 12-16 hours (they should last 2-3 days indoors). Simply choose from a bouquet below and tell us the occasion or create your own. Mylar or Foil balloons are standard 18" and Latex balloons are 12". We have Mylar balloons in star, round, and heart shapes, and Latex balloons in virtually any color. Some colors of balloons are not kept in stock and must be ordered.

* We do NOT deliver bouquets containing less than what is shown but you may add more balloons.

* We deliver up to a 100 mile radius of Downtown Pittsburgh

* We do NOT deliver balloons to Children's Hospital and it is the responsibility of the "customer" to make sure we are allowed to deliver balloons to the delivery address and recipient. Denied deliveries will be brought back to the office and your payment will be forfeited. There are no refunds.

* While we make every attempt to deliver your balloons as early in the day as possible, we do NOT guarantee a delivery time or window due to our busy schedule. We make deliveries M-F from 9am to 5pm.

Mylar balloons are the shiny metallic looking balloons and come with designs and wording or in solid colors and various shapes. Mylar balloons are affected by the cold temperatures, but normally spring back to life when introduced to warm air again. They can be used indoor or outdoor and and are a favorite of stores and companies wanting to advertise sales and promotional events. They are also used to create balloon bouquets when you want to say something specific such as Get Well, I Love You, or Happy Birthday. Mylar balloons, if kept in a constant and comfortable environment have been known to float for several weeks and are very durable. We recommend these balloons for all occasions. They come in a wide variety of colors and shapes such as stars, round, and hearts.

Our latex balloons are made from high quality, durable material and are bio degradable - perfect for balloon releases into the atmosphere. We use only Qualatex Brand balloons which are the best in the industry. Latex balloons are fun, bright, colorful balloons that can be used for any reason, indoor or outdoor, but we suggest keeping them out of high heat areas so they don't pop. The average life of a latex balloon is generally 12-16 hours, but we do not guarantee the life of any balloon. We advise you to always order more than what you actually need in case they deflate or pop. Want the balloons to float beyond the 12-16 hour window? We can add a chemical called "Hi-Float" for only $.50 per balloon and that should keep them afloat for 2-3 days if kept indoors. You can also order balloons filled with air for balloon drops, floor decorating, or just to have fun with.

We have a wide variety of colors to choose from and can order even the hardest to find colors for your special occasion with enough notice. No order is too large. Need 5000 balloons for a balloon release? No problem! Parties, events, even decorating your office or business can be fun with our balloons, and in the Pittsburgh area, nobody has a better reputation than we do!

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT carry ALL colors of balloons. Some colors require at least a 1 week notice so that we can order the specific color or colors that you need. Pricing above is for LOOSE balloons ONLY.

* ALL balloons are delivered and we do not offer a pick up service.

We deliver Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9-12. We are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND ALL HOLIDAYS.
Balloons delivered before 9am (7-9am) or after 5pm (5-7pm) are charged an additional $50

* Same day orders "MUST" be called in by 10:00am and orders of more than 50 balloons require at least 24 hours notice

* Balloons delivered to a business will be left at the front desk. Be sure your recipient is there to receive them and that the delivery is allowed. Also be sure that the delivery is allowed to be left there by the receptionist or security. If we are not allowed to leave the balloons, they will be brought back to the office and destroyed, and your money will be forfeited. Deliveries going to a hospital or college are charged at $25.00 for local delivery and you MUST get permission for latex balloons to be delivered to a school or hospital. WE DO NOT DELIVER to Children's Hospital.

* Balloons delivered to a home will be left on the porch or outside if no one answers the door, so please have someone there to receive them. We are NOT responsible for balloons left outside in the weather which can damage the balloons, and there are no refunds or additional delivery attempts.

* Latex balloons can cause allergic reactions and can burst and pose a choking hazard to small children and pets. Please take caution in their use as we are not responsible for any problems associated with them.

* We do NOT guarantee the life of ANY balloon once it leaves the office and cannot replace them for any reason. BOTH Latex AND Mylar can be defective and/or deflate at any time. We suggest ordering more than what you actually need for this reason. We are also not responsible for balloons that are damaged by the weather. Keep in mind that latex balloons do not like heat and foil balloons do not like cold.

* ALL latex balloons that are delivered BEFORE 12:00 noon are charged $.50 per balloon for a chemical called "Hi-float" that needs to be added to the balloon the previous day or night to ensure proper float time the next day.

* Please specify whether you want your balloons for the tops of tables or on the floor. CLICK HERE to see the color and shape chart. We carry most colors, but some need to be special ordered and you are charged the shipping fee, if there is one.

BALLOON DECORATING PRICING

There are many factors that determine the total cost for decorating an event. For each job there is the cost of the balloons and supplies, and the cost for delivery and/or set-up. If you or the venue or client would like the balloons “striked” (balloon removal from site) there is an additional $75 fee for that, plus mileage to the site. Most large arches and deliveries must be set-up on site and we need to have access to the facility to prepare.

*For large arches or outdoor events where weight is required, there will be an additional charge for those weights.

Balloon Drops

Balloon drops can be ordered for any event and come in nets of 250 or 500 12" latex balloons.

We provide the balloons in the netting and you hang it. It's simple and affordable!

Centerpieces

Centerpieces are generally designed in a cascading effect with ribbons curled and either a plastic or foil balloon weight. Each centerpiece can be customized to include standard 12" or printed latex, solid color foil balloons or designs, oversized latex and foil balloons, and foil shapes and solid colors. If you need the latex balloons in the centerpiece to last more than 8-12 hours, you MUST let us know so we can add "hi-float" for an additional charge. "Hi-float" will typically make the balloons last 2-3 days indoors. We are NOT responsible for outdoor events where the centerpieces may blow away.

Floor Bouquets

Floor Bouquets are generally designed in a cascading effect with ribbons curled and a decorative foil balloon weight. Each bouquet can be customized to include printed latex or mylar designs, oversized latex and mylar balloons, and mylar shapes and solid colors. If you need the latex balloons in the bouquet to last more than 8-12 hours, you MUST let us know so we can add "hi-float" for an additional charge. "Hi-float" will typically make the balloons last 2-3 days indoors.

We are NOT responsible for outdoor events where the bouquets may blow away. The bouquets are weighed down enough to hold them to the ground.

Columns or Towers

Columns or Towers are built either as floating, or with air. For air filled, they are built on a stand with a lightweight base that is disposable and moveable. For outdoors, they are built on a stand that is weighed down and also disposable. There is an additional charge for the weights and they are 6ft tall and made with standard 12" latex balloons. They can be spiral, offset, or solid, and can be topped with either a 12" latex or 18" foil balloon at no additional charge. You can add a larger balloon on top for an added fee. Column or towers are left at the event to be disposed of by the customer or staff. If we have to come out and "strike" the balloons or remove them from the site, there is a $75 fee to do so, in addition to our normal delivery charge, if there is one.

Single Strand Balloon Arches

Single Strand Arches are a standard 8ft wide by 7ft high. They can be larger for an additional fee and with a measurement, we can give you an exact quote. Multiple strands can be added as shown in the picture below and will need to be built "on site".

Criss Cross Single Arches

Criss Cross Single Arches are spectacular designs over a dance floor or large open area. They can be personalized to include a name, number or mylar shape. We will need the measurements of the area to give you an exact quote.

Standard Quad Arches

A Standard Quad Arch is built with 12" latex balloons in a quad pattern or 4 group increment. They are generally 8' wide and 7' high and can be larger.

SuperSize Spiral Arches

Supersize Arches are made with extra large 17” balloons. This design is great for large venues such as ballrooms and outdoor events. We will need a measurement to give you an exact quote.

* Arch prices vary according to size, decoration set-up window, type of balloon used and the type and location of venue (inside vs. outside).

* We will deliver your balloons to an event or venue but there is a charge for us to do the decorating if you want us to do that. The charge for decorating is $100 per hour and is charged to your credit card "after" the decorating is complete. If the decorating team returns to strike the décor, there is a minimum $75 strike fee. Distance, delivery time and size of order may effect the delivery and strike fees.
